With deepest sympathy, Hester and family, I was saddened to learn of Bob's passing. There was a time here in Hightstown when Bob and I had weekly conversations about real estate and investing in stocks, and I will remember those times fondly.
He was a true gentleman with a tremendous love of family.

I had the pleasure of meeting Bob in 1980 in connection with his work for East Windsor Township.
He represented the best of public service and someone I truly admired. He set an example for the rest of us.
