Francis W. “Frank” Nelson, 97, died Monday, December 7, 2015 in Granville, Ohio. He was born February 5, 1918 in South Orange, NJ to the late John and Edith (Cook) Nelson.
A graduate of Princeton University with a degree in economics, Frank was employed with Bristol Myers Corp. where he was an executive and also a pilot. He learned to fly in the Army Air Corps where he proudly served during WWII.
In addition to his parents, Frank was preceded in death by his wife of 62 years, Edith “Edie” Nelson, who died in 2013.
