Frederica M. (Wiley) Wolfe

Frederica “Fritz” M. (Wiley) Wolfe, age 91, currently of Granville and formerly of Tipp City, passed away Friday, June 21, 2024, at Licking Memorial Hospital in Newark after a brief illness.  She was born October 3, 1932, in Byesville, Ohio to the late Parley J. and Claire I. (True) Wiley.

Fritz was the 1950 Class Valedictorian of Byesville High School. She went on to continue her education at Ohio University, graduating in 1954 with a Bachelor of Science in Home Economics.

Fritz taught Home Economics for over 20 years and judged many 4H projects entered at the Ohio State Fair.  She was active in the United Methodist Church in Tipp City, Bexley & Springboro Ohio.

In addition to her parents, Fritz is also preceded in death by her husband, Clement M. Wolfe whom she married on August 13, 1955, and siblings, James Wiley, Robert Wiley and Jeannette Wiley Gary; and great-great grandson Walker Wolfe.

Fritz is survived by her children, Marq (Beckie) Wolfe of Waynesville, Ohio, Wiley (Pam) Wolfe of Twinsburg, Ohio, Andy (Kelley) Wolfe of Granville, Ohio; grandchildren, Jeff (Stephani) Miller, Tawni (Michael) Cochran, Brad (Lisa) Miller Josh (Jamie) Wolfe, Amanda (Matt) White, Perry Wolfe, Libby (Tim) Duebber, Alix Wolfe, Cori Jo Wolfe; great grandchildren, Alexis Rose, Stephanie Miller, Jessie Miller, Andrew Cochran, Abigayl Cochran, Anna Cochran, Kayla (Josh) Miller, Kylie Miller, Cole White, Dylan White, Addilyn White, Josh Jr. (Shealynne) Wolfe, Landon Wolfe, Haidyn Wolfe, Madyson, Wolfe, Trenton Wolfe, Lincoln Duebber, Isabel Duebber, Quincy Duebber, Sylvia Duebber, Sunday Dubber; and numerous nieces and nephews.

Visitation will be held from 10-Noon, Tuesday July 2, 2024 with a funeral service immediately following at McPeek Hoekstra Hoskinson Funeral Home, 133 S. Prospect Street, Granville, Ohio 43023. Burial at Gnadenhutten Clay Union Cemetery in Gnadenhutten, Ohio at 3 PM Tuesday, July 2, 2024.
