Phyllis Adele Taylor, 95, passed away May 8, 2017 at Edinboro Manor. She was a member of Edinboro United Methodist Church, a graduate of Columbia University and received a MA from NYU in Parent and Child Health Nursing.
A WWII veteran, Phyllis served with the Army Nurse Corp in England and later worked as a visiting nurse and also taught nursing at St. Clare’s Hospital and Villa Maria College.
Surviving are her sister and brother-in-law, Margery and Bill Hendey and five nephews.
