Wesley M. Dodsworth

Wesley M. Dodsworth, age 82 of Newark, passed away peacefully Thursday, August 14, 2025, in his home surrounded by his loving family. He was born November 18, 1942, in Hamilton, Ohio to the late Harlan and Alice Dodsworth.

Wes was a retired MSGT in the U.S. AirForce. He volunteered his time in the McKean Community. Wes was known for making donuts at the Hartford Fair.

In addition to his parents, he is also preceded by his sisters, Alma and Mary Dodsworth. Wes is survived by his wife, Jocelyn; son, Matt (Nikki) Dodsworth; stepdaughter, Alexis Gonzalez; sister, Beverly (Tom) Quinn; and his faithful companions, Jake and Casper.

A gathering of family and friends will be held from 2-4 PM Tuesday, August 19, 2025, at McPeek Hoekstra Hoskinson Funeral Home 133 Prospect St, Granville, Ohio 43023. With Military Honors at 3 PM.
