We can not say enough about how amazing Bill and Mary are! They went above and beyond (and more) to make everything perfect during our times of grief. We lost our first family member in March of 2015, and then another unexpectedly in January of 2016. Both services were absolutely stunning. The amount of care and compassion that goes into their work is unbelievable. You will not find another funeral home who cares as much as they do, guaranteed.

It's been five years since my mother, Marilyn Hiles, passed away, but what I still remember vividly is the professionalism, compassion and caring that Bill and Mary Hoekstra showed our family.
The sadness of the occasion was lifted considerably by the wonderful video that the Hoekstras put together from our old photographs. The video helped remind everyone of what an amazing life my mother had lived during her 85 years.
It seemed as though every aspect of the arrangements and the service went flawlessly. My wife and I dreaded the thought of searching for the right dress for Mom to be laid to rest in, but Mary somehow came up with one that was absolutely perfect.
Instead of worrying about every last detail, we were able to spend some quality time with old friends and family members. On a scale of 1 to 10, I would rate the Hoekstras' efforts at somewhere around a 14 or 15. And I think it's a safe bet that Bill and Mary provide the same degree of caring and individual attention for other families as they did for ours.
